Born in 1344 (Persian calendar) in the province of Gilan in Iran, After completing diploma in science, he entered the seminary (Houza) and finished different courses and levels (higher education) under the supervision of experienced professors in Qom. And then did doctorate in Educational science at Al-Mustafa International University.
It should be noted that he wrote several books, such as “Practical (applied)counseling and educational basics from the perspective of Islam “and many articles were written by him and published in different magazines, etc. He has been working in this university (Al-Mustafa International University) since 1375 as a senior director of Al-Mustafa University.
